If you received a damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours for assistance. For any delay on the notification, we will not be responsible.
The decision on refund will vary on case to case basis and there will be certain criteria’s for that:
- If the product is not available, then a full refund will be made to the customer.
- The product refund is applicable in the case product is malfunctioning and not repairable.
- Sale, Promotion or Discounted Item(s) cannot be refunded. Unless the above happens.
- The product will be refunded at the same price as it was sold to you.
- Collector Filters & Purification Devices Trading LLC will affect the refund on receiving the unit back.
- Refund is allowed only once duly approved by Collector Filters & Purification Devices Trading LLC.
- The settlement of the refund will only be affected once the bank has refunded the money which is next billing cycle from the date of application of refund.
- Collector Filters & Purification Devices Trading LLC is the sole reference for any claim of exchange, refund or repair.
- Any items to be exchanged, refunded or repaired must be presented with the Order Confirmation and the Original Invoice or Delivery Note as proof of purchase. No exchange, refund or repair will be considered without it.
Exchange or Refund
- Items to be exchanged or refunded must be presented with their complete box “as new” with inside packing, and all accessories sealed (i.e. in re-sellable condition).
- Items may only be exchanged or refunded if they are returned within 3 days from purchase or delivery date.
- Under sink systems, Bottles, Shower Filter and GIGI are not subject to any exchange or refund, unless they are found defective and returned within 3 days from the purchase or delivery date. For the avoidance of doubt, Collector Filters & Purification Devices Trading LLC shall, at its sole discretion, have the final say on whether the items are truly found defective.
- Home delivery items may only be refunded if the event of non-delivery.
- Installed items are not subject to any exchange or refund.
- Items found defective after 7 days from purchase or delivery date will be subject to the warranty, if applicable.
- Items to be repaired are at the sole discretion of Collector Filters & Purification Devices Trading LLC. For the avoidance of doubt, Collector Filters & Purification Devices Trading LLC may reasonably decide not the repair the items.
- Items may be repaired in no less than 30 days from the return date. In the event that the items are not repaired after 30 days from the return date, then the customer may receive an exchange voucher for the amount paid subject to the exchange conditions set out above. For the avoidance of doubt, the item shall not be refunded.
- Free gift(s) or Promotion give away item(s) are not subject to any repairs and are not under warranty.
When a product at the time of picking is out of stock, Collector Filters & Purification Devices Trading LLC will choose an alternative. If the price of the new product is higher, you will not be charged extra & if it’s less, you’ll pay the smaller amount.
Shipping, Delivery or Installation
Shipping, Delivery or Installation charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping, Delivery or Installation and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Collector Filters & Purification Devices Trading LLC.
